To create a more secure, sustainable and self-directed future for the young people of Africa including those who will rise as leaders and help to improve their own countries and bring unity to the continent  

Our Story

The A10 Africa Foundation is a grant-making organization focused on nurturing the next generation of African leaders. We will invest in and partner with organizations already working on the ground to provide programs that encourage social connectivity and cross-cultural unity through sport, foster learning, celebrate local culture, and promote health and wellness. The foundation focuses squarely on Africa with a sustained commitment for the long haul, as we know systemic change takes time. Ultimately, our goal is to play a meaningful role in supporting the growth of talented young people who will change the course of history for their home countries across the continent.

We believe in the power of sport to transform lives. By providing safe places for children to play, we can encourage personal growth, kindle self-esteem and promote learning while advancing health and wellness.

With an esteemed group of strategic advisors and board of directors, our efforts are guided by Africans who understand the culture, complexity and needs on the ground. Our hope is to cultivate and support the leadership potential of Africa’s youth as they strive to reach their own goals on their own terms.  

All efforts by A10 in creating a successful documentary film, a wide reaching music program as well as a robust digital presence are geared to generating awareness and participation in all A10 charitable causes. A10 uses storytelling as a means to communicate and engage people from around the world to revisit Africa in a new light and to see the possibilities soccer has to create change and create opportunities.
